Rakuten Americas is seeking a Manager, HRBP Data & Analytics to build and lead a data-first analytics capability for the HR Business Partner organization. This hands-on role will equip HRBPs and executives with the analytics, dashboards, and data storytelling needed to make sound HR and business decisions, combining direct analytics delivery with the design of scalable systems.
