As a Data and Analytics Analyst at Regions, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with senior team members to interpret data, prepare reports and visualizations, and support business needs through data analysis and automation. This role is crucial for enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

• Prepare valuable and readable reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Interpret data to identify trends, operational impacts, and opportunities
• Perform data analysis to support automation initiatives
• Create and maintain databases for information classification and storage
• Ensure data quality through audits and management
• Partner with Data Governance to implement quality standards
