About this role

Beast Industries is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build a new consumer membership ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and implementing experimentation, measurement, and CRM strategies to drive business impact across various lines of business. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

What we are looking for

Own the end-to-end experimentation program for CRM, loyalty, and marketing
Build the measurement foundation for centralized marketing initiatives
Partner with marketing, product, and LOB leaders to translate business questions into quantitative answers
Develop segmentation, targeting, and propensity models for marketing campaigns
Shape the customer data model in partnership with Data & Identity engineering
Utilize AI-native tooling and coding agents to accelerate analysis
