Senior Data Scientist Redline Lab

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the informatics architecture and computational programming for the National Sleep Research Resource (NSRR). This role involves extensive data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis of complex bio-signal data using machine learning and AI to support hundreds of researchers in a FAIR data environment.

• Oversee informatics architecture and computational programming for a large NIH funded data repository
• Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling on large datasets
• Utilize machine learning and AI to solve complex problems
• Wrangle and clean complex bio-signal and other multi-modal physiological sleep and circadian recordings
• Train junior data scientists and present study results to senior leaders
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field required; PhD preferred
