Principal Data Scientist

Lead complex data science and engineering projects to drive organizational decisions and strategy. You will develop and test hypotheses, gather requirements, design data models and pipelines, and build predictive models using Python and R. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Snowflake, AI agents, and a deep understanding of healthcare data, particularly in Payment Integrity and FWA.

• Lead development and testing of hypotheses across all functional data sets
• Define and implement integrated data models and scalable data pipelines
• Design and develop models for complex business solutions using various data science methods
• Implement production models leveraging Python and R
• Apply advanced conceptual understanding of Big Data systems
• Identify actionable insights and influence business direction by communicating results to cross-functional groups
