As a Reference Data Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and governance of Sanofi's commercial reference data, making it AI-ready for global decision-making. You will manage critical data codelists, analyze data flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements. What we are looking for

Maintain commercial reference data and codelists in Informatica MDM
Query and profile reference data using SQL for quality checks and business insights
Translate business needs into data requirements and assess impact on downstream systems
Coordinate data changes from request to go-live, including testing and documentation
Support Power BI reports and troubleshoot data-related issues
Experience in data analysis, reference data, or data governance
