Data Scientist

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Data Scientist to join their Operations team in Bogotá. This role focuses on designing and deploying predictive models, machine learning, and generative AI solutions to optimize business workflows across various departments. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and drive efficiency through automation.

• Build, validate, and deploy predictive models for churn, collections, and risk
• Design LLM workflows, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems
• Optimize AI models for cost, latency, and commercial value
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business leaders on AI roadmaps
• Own ML projects from problem framing to deployment
• Translate complex findings into actionable BI dashboards
