Data Analyst - Student Success

As a Student Success Data Analyst, you will provide advanced reporting and analysis to support the Student Services division. You will identify trends in recruitment, enrollment, and student success, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leaders. This role involves developing and maintaining reports, collaborating with various college departments, and ensuring data integrity and privacy.

• Analyze recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success patterns
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and analytical tools using Workday
• Identify trends and barriers affecting student outcomes
