Clinical Research Staff Scientist, Real World Evidence

Oura is seeking a remote Clinical Research Staff Scientist to design and lead real-world evidence studies. This role focuses on generating data that links Oura's health signals to patient outcomes, healthcare utilization, and cost savings. You will collaborate with data science, external partners, and cross-functional teams to produce rigorous research for publication and actionable insights.

• Design and drive real world evidence studies
• Identify evidence opportunities across clinical and commercial portfolios
• Partner with data science to structure analytic datasets
• Serve as scientific point of contact for external research partners
• Shape research findings into outputs for diverse audiences
• Contribute to abstracts/publications and present findings at conferences
