Senior Data Analyst, People

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support its People organization. This role will leverage data to enhance talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention strategies across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders in People, Recruiting, Finance, and other business units to answer organizational questions, build analytical frameworks, and improve decision-making processes.

• Define and own core People metrics including headcount, hiring, retention, and employee experience
• Build scalable analytical products, datasets, models, and dashboards for People teams
• Partner with leaders to translate analyses into actionable recommendations
• Establish best practices for data quality, integrity, governance, and privacy
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Mentor analysts and promote data fluency within People teams
