Associate Director - AI/ML Data Scientist

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director to lead the development of AI/ML capabilities for their People Intelligence platform. This role involves designing and operationalizing predictive models using Python and Azure to derive actionable insights from workforce data, focusing on areas like attrition, talent risk, and employee experience. You will also contribute to AI-enabled insights, model governance, and provide technical leadership to HR leaders and teams.

• Design, validate, and operationalize AI/ML models for workforce analytics
• Develop predictive capabilities for attrition, talent risk, hiring, and workforce planning
• Apply techniques like NLP, causal inference, and anomaly detection
• Build AI-enabled people intelligence and generative AI solutions
• Establish standards for model validation, governance, and responsible AI
• Provide senior analytical advisory and technical leadership to HR stakeholders
