Manage channel operations effectiveness in China, overseeing the entire distributor lifecycle from onboarding to performance evaluation. You will develop analytical models and reports to present key information to business teams, enhancing inventory accuracy and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.

• Manage distributor front-to-end process
• Conduct stocktaking and resolve inventory data accuracy issues
• Develop complex reports for billing, hospital, inventory, and sales achievement
• Analyze reports to aid business decision-making in China
• Advise business functions using channel intelligence and KPI updates
• Interact professionally with all organizational levels
