Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable analytics solutions that support critical business and investment decisions. You will leverage BI tools like Power BI to create impactful reports and dashboards, establish reporting standards, and promote best practices in data visualization and engineering.

• Partner with teams to develop reports and analytical solutions meeting business needs
• Design and develop impactful reports using Power BI
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and performance optimization
• Foster continuous improvement in engineering practices and stay current on BI trends
• Support automated testing, reconciliation, and data quality processes
• Mentor and support other team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
