Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis Experienced Professional

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced BI Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. This role involves translating business needs into KPIs, creating semantic models, and optimizing report performance. You will also build data pipelines, ensure data quality, and partner with various stakeholders to deliver trusted data products.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
• Translate business questions into meaningful KPIs and visualizations
• Develop scalable semantic models using dimensional modeling
• Create DAX and Power Query calculations, optimize report performance
• Analyze data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain data-ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines
