About this role

Join Upgrade's Card Credit Risk team as a Senior Manager to design and enhance credit policies and analyze portfolio performance. You will leverage data, business judgment, and strategic thinking to improve customer accounts and drive predictable returns. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco or Wilmington.

Develop and enhance credit policies (overlimit, payment holds, suspensions)
