Join the Incentive Compensation Delivery team as a Senior Data Management Analyst to support critical operational decisions for Salesforce employees across RBC's Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management divisions. What we are looking for

End-to-end analytics support including data sourcing, lineage validation, and quality assessments
Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to solve complex business problems
Ensure data governance and compliance with enterprise standards
Communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
3-5 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, or reporting
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake
