Senior Data Scientist, Search & NLP

Join Realtor.com's Search & Algorithms team as a Senior Data Scientist to own NLP analytics for next-generation semantic search. You will apply NLP and LLM techniques to user search data to improve ranking and personalization, and prototype data products. This role is AI-native, focusing on LLM evaluation and AI-assisted workflows.

• Own NLP analytics for semantic search experiences
• Apply NLP and LLM techniques to user search interactions
• Prototype data products leveraging conversational query data
• Measure and evaluate semantic search models using NLP/LLM frameworks
• Instrument and analyze conversational AI data using LLM observability tools
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape analytics roadmap
