Senior Manager, Data Science

Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to enhance customer discovery and shopping experiences through personalization, recommendations, and search. You will evolve the team's focus from model building to understanding customer problems, measuring value, and creating scalable capabilities. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of experimentation and AI.

• Set data science strategy for personalization, recommendations, search, and digital product discovery
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to solve customer problems
• Establish clear hypotheses, success measures, and experimentation frameworks
• Build strong experimentation and measurement discipline connecting model performance to business outcomes
• Develop team capabilities in experimentation, causal reasoning, and AI/GenAI techniques
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and ML operations engineers
