Associate Data Scientist

Amgen is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced machine learning and statistical methods to analyze large datasets and address customer needs. This role involves optimizing AI engines, ensuring model performance, and collaborating with global teams on AI roadmaps. You will apply statistical techniques, perform data analysis, and contribute to the development and integration of AI-driven applications.

• Develop and deploy machine learning, operational research, and statistical methods
• Optimize AI engines and ensure models meet SLA expectations
• Act as a subject matter expert for development and commercial questions
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on AI tool roadmaps
• Apply statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and machine learning
• Perform exploratory data analysis and model development using MLOps
