Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Manager of BI & Analytics to lead their sales analytics initiatives. This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights, developing dashboards, and applying data science techniques for forecasting and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and promote data literacy.

• Deliver business insights and actionable recommendations
• Design and build automated dashboards using Power BI and SQL
• Develop forecasting models and apply data science techniques
• Extract, clean, and analyze data using Python and BigQuery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• Communicate data findings clearly to business stakeholders
