As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop and enhance reporting and analytics tools to support service sales and product lifecycle decisions. You will transform data from various business systems into actionable insights for sales, operations, and leadership teams. This role blends reporting, data management, and process improvement, applying Lean principles to streamline workflows and improve data quality for faster, more informed international business decisions.

- Design, maintain, and improve Power BI reports for service sales and lifecycle management
- Translate business needs into clear metrics, reporting requirements, and actionable views
- Apply Lean principles to simplify processes and drive continuous improvement
- Manage and enhance data related to installed equipment, customers, products, and sales activities
- Analyze business activity, pipeline coverage, conversion, and customer retention
- Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and Power Query
