Lead Analyst Data Analytics

Empower is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytical initiatives and solve multifaceted problems within their finance department. This remote role involves supporting relationship management and lifetime value analytics, connecting data across systems, and providing visibility into business performance. You will lead cross-functional data projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to enhancing analytics capabilities.

• Lead complex analyses and develop dashboards, models, and reporting solutions
• Connect data across systems to provide visibility into business performance
• Investigate business questions using large and complex datasets
• Partner with business leaders to define analytical needs
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices
• 7-10+ years of analytics experience with strong SQL skills
