Workforce Insights Specialist - Data Science

Caterpillar is seeking a Workforce Insights Specialist to leverage data science and machine learning to provide workforce solutions and insights across the enterprise. This role involves acquiring and analyzing data, developing predictive models, and communicating findings to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills, with experience in Python and AWS.
