Senior Data Scientist

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the HBO Max Data Science team. This role will focus on optimizing media investment impact on subscriber growth and revenue by developing and refining Media Mix Models, attribution, and optimization solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable measurement solutions and translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.

• Develop and refine Media Mix Models (MMM), attribution, and incrementality approaches
• Build optimization algorithms to maximize subscriber growth and revenue
• Analyze media spend, investment, and return
• Synthesize analytics into clear business recommendations for executive audiences
• Collaborate with Marketing, Media Strategy, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering teams
• Utilize Python, SQL, and Databricks for data processing and model development
