Manager, Business Intelligence

Centene is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead a team focused on creating enterprise-class data assets, reports, and visualizations. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, fostering a high-trust culture, and guiding the team in AI-enabled analytics to provide business insights and support decision-making.

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities of a data asset and reporting team
• Provide business insight and aid decision-making through data
• Lead the BICOE enablement team and strengthen the analyst community
• Build influential relationships and partner in technical discussions
• Manage the end-to-end design and development of BI solutions
• Lead, direct, and review the work of the team
