About this role

As a BI Analyst on the Civil Products team, you will transform complex data into actionable insights through the design, development, and maintenance of scalable dashboards, reports, and data models. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance analytics capabilities, ensure data quality, and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

What we are looking for

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs
Develop and maintain scalable data models and ETL/ELT processes
Integrate data from multiple business systems for consolidated insights
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
2-4 years of experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
