Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence

FWD Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to plan, design, develop, and monitor data models for their Asia Pacific operations. You will analyze data, create interactive dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and data-driven insights.

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Collaborate with data engineers on data accuracy and ETL processes
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through governance best practices
• Provide training and support on BI tools for self-service analytics
