What we are looking for

Subject Matter Expert for People technology platforms like Workday and ServiceNow
Drive technology adoption and improve service delivery and user experience
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in People Operations
Partner with Technology teams to align business requirements with system capabilities
Provide data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards are maintained
