Lead Analyst, People Analytics

Guidehouse is seeking a Lead Analyst, People Analytics to manage Workday security administration and reporting. You will define security policies, conduct audits, and develop custom Workday reports to provide real-time insights. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting system upgrades, making it a key position for ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

• Manage Workday security administration, including policy definition and audits
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and Power BI dashboards
• Provide real-time insights into user access, organizational data, and compliance
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other teams to meet reporting needs
• Support system upgrades, testing, and end-user training
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of relevant experience
