Research Data Analyst II

AdventHealth is seeking a Research Data Analyst II to analyze clinical, financial, and administrative data, synthesizing findings into reports and dashboards. This role involves data mining, extraction, validation, and supporting research protocols while adhering to regulatory guidelines. The analyst will collaborate with scientists and program managers, manage complex datasets, and develop subject matter expertise in research operations.

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data
• Synthesize results into meaningful reports, scorecards, and dashboard tools
• Develop and maintain performance measurement processes
• Conduct regular data mining and extraction from multiple sources
• Retrieve, organize, validate, and deliver data to support research study protocols
• Develop subject matter expertise around research operations and regulations
