Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics

Motive is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Strategic Analytics team to drive data-informed decision-making for the Product organization, focusing on profitability. You will own complex COGS and gross margin analysis, work directly with senior leadership, and translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical insights. This is a problem-solving role with potential for future leadership responsibilities.

• Own end-to-end COGS and gross margin analysis for hardware and software products
• Model cost-saving opportunities and deliver profitability recommendations to CPO and CTO
• Structure and analyze ambiguous business questions for senior stakeholders
• Partner with data engineering, finance, and product teams to influence roadmap
• Establish ground truth and build durable analytical frameworks
• 7+ years of experience in analytics or strategic finance with financial modeling depth
