What we are looking for

Lead analytical strategy for discovery pages including Home Page and Navigation
Design and evaluate large-scale A/B tests and advanced experimentation methods
Analyze clickstream data and customer engagement patterns to understand user behavior
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX teams to define success metrics
Expert-level SQL and strong Python programming skills required
