Data Scientist Manager

Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to enhance Sales Order Management processes using data-driven solutions. This role involves driving business rules engines, predictive analytics, AI adoption, and workflow automation to improve order quality and efficiency.

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists, Change and Quality Specialists
• Define and own the strategy for the SOM Business Rules Engine
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
• Lead the design and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using machine learning and RPA
• 5-10 years experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Process Optimization, or Automation
