The Data Support Analyst provides essential operational support to the Business Intelligence team, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of alumni and donor records. You will perform data validation, entry, research, and fulfill requests using internal systems and external tools to maintain a high-quality constituent database. This role is crucial for data integrity and supports university relations efforts.

- Maintain accurate biographical records in alumni and donor database
- Perform data validation, entry, research, and request fulfillment
- Utilize internal university systems and third-party research tools
- Process data updates and fulfill user requests via Jira Service Management
- Adhere to procedures for data hygiene and confidentiality
- Experience with data retrieval databases like Lexis/Nexis or Accurint preferred
