Data Scientist I Roslindale 24 hours

As a Data Scientist, you will manage, clean, and analyze complex biomedical data, including multi-omic aging biomarker data. You will construct visualizations, develop reports, and contribute to the scientific direction of research projects, focusing on the development and validation of aging biomarkers. This role involves creating and applying algorithms for data harmonization and analysis, and participating in the development of software and reproducible analysis pipelines.

• Manage, clean, and analyze complex multi-omic aging biomarker data
• Develop and validate epigenetic clocks and other aging biomarkers
• Construct visualizations and develop reports for scientific audiences
• Apply algorithms for data harmonization and analysis
