Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales commission calculations and payouts. You will analyze commission data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports for various stakeholders. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment between compensation plans and systems, and contributing to process improvements and automation.

• Analyze sales commission data for accurate calculations and payouts
• Validate commission transactions by reconciling data across systems
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies and disputes
• Prepare commission reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Support commission accrual calculations and accounting entries
• Assist in the administration and testing of commission management systems
