Prepare and stain mouse splenocytes for antibody-expressing cell isolation via FACS
Perform laboratory animal handling and single cell suspension preparation
Analyze flow cytometry data and document experimental procedures
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to advance the antibody discovery pipeline
Requires BS in Molecular/Cellular Biology with 2+ years of lab experience
Experience with immunofluorescence and flow cytometry preferred
