Senior Data Solutions Analyst

As a Senior Data Solutions Analyst, you will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data teams, translating complex needs into actionable data solutions. You will analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the quality and delivery of data-driven insights. This role requires significant judgment and discretion to resolve complex issues and mentor junior analysts.

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver solutions
• Create data sets, operational reports, and analytical deliverables
• Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and opportunities
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex data and reporting initiatives
• Lead testing efforts and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor Associate and Intermediate Data Analysts
