Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support their Batch Reprocessing and Payment Integrity function. This fully remote role involves designing and delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytical tooling to measure operational performance across the claims reprocessing lifecycle. You will transform raw claims and workflow data into reliable metrics, partnering with operations leadership to define reporting requirements and build repeatable data pulls.

• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports
• Write and optimize complex SQL against multiple claims adjudication systems
• Replace manual extracts with documented, repeatable data pulls
• Translate operational questions into clear reporting requirements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for time-sensitive operational questions
• Support data quality and stewardship efforts
