Senior Specialist , Data Analysis

This role is responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling strategic data products within the Digital Human Health organization. You will define product vision, manage roadmaps, and drive adoption of enterprise data products to enable advanced analytics and AI-driven decision-making.

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for emerging data products
• Identify opportunities for scalable, reusable, and governed data products
• Shape enterprise data products that connect business domains and accelerate insights
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and analytics teams
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, metadata standards, and data quality controls
• Ensure data products are trusted, scalable, reusable, and AI-ready
