Research Engineer, Takeoff Intel

Join Anthropic's Takeoff Intel team to build and run evaluation and measurement instruments for AI development. This role involves designing, building, and scaling capability evaluations, developing data and analysis pipelines, and prototyping new instruments rapidly. You will work closely with researchers to define what's worth measuring and contribute to internal and public reporting.
