About this role

Strada is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide support for their Qualtrics platform, manage surveys, and drive improvements in employee experience. This role involves designing and implementing surveys, analyzing results using AI and Text iQ, and creating dashboards to present insights to stakeholders. Prior experience with Qualtrics is preferred, but candidates with other survey tools or HRIT experience are encouraged to apply.
