Sr. Data Analyst

As a Sr. Data Analyst on the Contracting Solutions team, you will drive data-driven decision-making within our commercial contracting ecosystem. You will analyze complex data, enhance reporting capabilities, ensure data quality, and explore opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the J&J enterprise and implement tangible improvements.

• Analyze commercial contracting, pricing, and customer data for insights and reporting
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Model N data structures and architecture
• Support data governance, quality, and documentation of business rules
• Identify and advance opportunities for reporting automation and AI enablement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, pricing systems, or commercial functions
