Manager, Data Analytics

Lead a team of data analysts to provide insights supporting academic delivery and school analytics stakeholders. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to enhance student success through data-informed decision-making.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts
• Partner with stakeholders to identify analytics needs and define priorities
• Drive complex analytics initiatives from planning through execution
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analytical insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to drive action and improve outcomes
• Support data literacy, KPI development, and data governance
