About this role

Tyson Foods is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive data transformation within the Beef & Pork division. This role partners with business and IT to translate requirements into data products, shape analytics solutions including AI, and deliver insights for operational and enterprise initiatives. You will be responsible for the full analytics lifecycle, ensuring data is trusted and enables consistent decision-making.

What we are looking for

Partner with business and IT to define data products and solutions
Translate business requirements into data and analytics use cases
Manage the full analytics lifecycle from requirements to delivery
Ensure data is trusted and enables consistent decision-making
Experience transforming Excel reporting to enterprise analytics
Strong SQL and GCP (BigQuery) skills required
