Sr. Principal Data Scientist – Market Access

Lilly is seeking a Senior Principal Data Scientist to design and build the next generation of agentic AI and machine learning solutions for market access initiatives. You will develop and deploy autonomous AI systems that solve complex business problems, ensuring trustworthiness and scalability across use cases. • Design and build agentic AI systems with multi-agent workflows and autonomous reasoning
• Develop rigorous AI evaluation frameworks for measurability and defensibility

• Create reusable, horizontal AI capabilities for broad application
