Associate Director, Data Analytics

Lead a team to design, build, and scale data and analytics solutions for the healthcare and life sciences industries. This role involves end-to-end delivery, establishing standards, and partnering with various stakeholders to modernize analytics capabilities. You will manage people, own data products, drive program delivery, and contribute to business development and strategic innovation.

• Lead, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and analytics products
• Operationalize cloud data products using strong engineering practices
• Deliver scalable pipelines and automations using Python and SQL
• Provide governed analytics experiences for compliance KPIs
• Own scope, milestones, and risk management across multi-workstream initiatives
