• Analyze customer experience, dealer, and operational data
• Transform Excel data into interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
• Utilize advanced Excel for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
• Automate manual reporting processes using Power BI and Power Automate
• Research and develop Agentic AI solutions
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership
