• Read residential, commercial, and business water meters
• Record readings using a laptop and data collection device
• Interact with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
• Ensure safety compliance in field work and confined spaces
• Investigate and correct meter reading issues
• Train or assist in training lower-level meter readers
