Sr. Data Analyst

As a Sr. Data Analyst at Strong Memorial Hospital, you will support General Medicine and Hospital Medicine divisions by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on complex data. You will build models, identify trends, and present findings to drive quality improvement, research, strategic planning, and operational efficiencies. This role offers the opportunity to translate data into actionable insights that improve healthcare quality and reduce costs.

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for clinical divisions
• Develop and maintain databases and data analytics strategies
• Identify and interpret trends in complex datasets
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills
